How to add ToolbarContribution from command

Hi,
I have seen SampleToolbarContribution. I remove it from toolbar

if I want to add it from command palette, how could I do, I do not find relative label in command palette

normal command has label which display in command palette, but the toolbar contribution do not have

The corresponding REMOVE_COMMAND_FROM_TOOLBAR command is only visible if the currently selected widget is the toolbar widget. Therefore, it does not appear in the command palette.

Hi,
what I mean is remove the SampleToolbarContribution button command and then add it to toolbar from the command palette. not the REMOVE_COMMAND_FROM_TOOLBAR command. but the SampleToolbarContribution is not in the command palette.
