Sqlite extension unable to find a valid SoLite command. Falback binary is not valid

hi，I am trying to use sqlite extension in theia，the following error occurred。
OS ：Ubuntu
installed sqlite3 version： 3.31.1
By extensions market installed SQLite，version：0.13
ps：in vscode，this extension works OK，but in theia it doesnot work

Err info：

@zhou This might be closely related to this issue. You might want to debug what the extension receives as the vscode.extensionPath. It might be an issue in our plugin host implementation.
