Tree Editor extension example not working

I am trying the tree editor template example, but I don’t get the ‘New Example File’ menu option. Only see the Tree Editor main menu. Does this work?

@jacqueswho I generated the tree-editor example this morning, and was able to see the option:

The way the example is setup, you need to have an active workspace before the menu option is available.
You can verify by looking at the code which contributes the menu option.

thank you. just had to open a workspace. maybe mention in readme.
