UTF-8 not working in the terminal within Theia under Windows 11

Hello

I use chcp 65001 to enable UTF-8 support in cmd.exe under Windows 11 at work. It seems to work correctly outside of Eclipse Theia (Version 1.20.0 (Beta)) but not inside.

Outside:

Inside:

Vide les r�pertoires

How can I change the font to make it work as expected?
