What to do when a VSCode extension is not recognized

Hello!

I currently have a custom plugin, and the php debug vscode plugin in the same directory for my theia plugins. On launch, my custom plugin is loaded, but the php debug one is not. How would I debug what is wrong here? Thanks!

So I figured out you also need the @theia/plugin-ext-vscode , and seeing what it takes to write something like this for it
